LC/MS-based analytical methods.Orthogonal column chromatography.Comprehensive two-dimensional liquid chromatography(2DLC).Saponins and phenols are co-eluted on conventional HPLC.Mobile phase dependent separation: 1D MeOH, 2D MeCN.Discovery and targeted separation of novel terpene-conjugated curcuminoids from turmeric by LC/MS.Quantitative analysis of 151 compounds inicorice by LC/MS/MS.Remarkably varied contents (Pueraria)，Different structural types (Licorice, GQ)，Unprecedented structures (turmeric)，Large-scale quantitative analysis and quantity control of TCM (Livorice)。
