Construction Wisdom Oilfield Dynamic Precision Operations and Maintenance based on Multi-objective Strategy Optimization Model

  Huabei Erlian Oilfield is special alpine-cold region with low temperatures all year round.In the coming era of big data,planned wisdom organization operation and maintenance is not optimistic,there are many problems: such as over and lack repair contradictions,lack of security risk assessment,maintenance cycle unreasonable strategies and so on.In order to make the operation and maintenance in the intelligent oilfield more convenient,process more efficiency,this paper tried to use health and importance two dimensions to automatic evaluate the risk of equipment,work area,information system,and analyze various kind of sensors gathering local signals that include status information of operation of different equipment,environment information to identify potential confounders.This paper also used multi-objective normalization method and decision tree data mining algorithm to define maintenance strategy,implementation,tracking and feedback to the full cycle of the whole process of closed-loop dynamic precision operation and maintenance solutions.It achieved a comprehensive optimization of risk,efficiency and cost.It completely changed the traditional fixed one size all operation and maintenance mode,effectively improved the reliability of the operation of the intelligent oil field system and extended its service life.
