Research on the Characteristics and Energy-Saving Application of New Intelligent Energy-Saving Control System in Oil
2015-2016 early international oil prices fell,the impact of large oil companies at home and abroad,resulting in domestic and foreign oil companies ”collapse” of the overall loss.there is a significant influence on oil companies at home and abroad for the drop of international oil price happened from 2015 to 2016,resulting in the ”collapse” loss.China”s oil companies in the low oil prices survive difficult,it is eager to find a new way of technological form.Under the challenge of low oil prices,low cost,high efficiency and energy saving become the main research direction of oil field reform.CST series pumping unit intelligent energy-saving control subsystem uses a highly efficient permanent magnet motor,energy feedback unit and vector speed controller,etc.constitute the advanced speed,current,position three closed-loop negative feedback dynamic control of the AC servo system.The use of AC servo system to drive the pumping unit is a new concept of control technology.The key component of the technology is rare earth permanent magnet brushless AC motor,permanent magnet motor is the most significant performance characteristics of light,high performance,energy efficient.In this paper,the characteristics of the new intelligent energy saving control system and the technical principle of the rare earth permanent magnet motor are expounded.Based on the comparison of the performance and energy saving of the conventional motor and the rare earth permanent magnet motor,the technical advantages of the rare earth permanent magnet motor and the actual example e ffect display are discussed.Its energy saving and saving oil field operation cost is considerable.
