Development and Experiment of Automatic Emergency Well Shut-in Control System

摘要：

　　During the oil and gas well drilling process,when overflow occurrence,well Shut-in timely is important guarantee to prevent blowout accident.In this paper,an automatic emergency well Shut-in control system is developed for normal drilling.As the emergency well shut-in control program start,it can stop the rotary table and mud pump automatically,release hoisting drum brake,pick up the kelly to the specified height,close the Ram Type BOP,open the hydraulic plate valve and other series of well shut-in action and function.It has taken good performance through field test,improved the automation level,timeliness and reliability of well shut-in control,it can effectively guarantee the safety of personnel and well control.
