Research on Operation Management Pattern with Characteristics of Benefit Allocation for Profit in advance to Overcome the Low Oil Price
With the normalization of international oil price low,oilfield enterprises adjust their development strategy and optimize their business structure.The mode of evaluation is transformed from the center of production to the benefit.In order to adapt to the transformation and development of oilfield enterprises,this paper discusses a new mode of management and management of the ”prior calculation and win”.The workload and value as the foundation,based on quota,the price is for establishment,building efficiency analysis model,the benefit allocation of model research,combined with big data analytics,realize benefit proration,cost allocation,as well as cost and profit of dynamic display and adjust,and other functions,so as to discover the problems existing in the production and business operation activities,find out potential synergies,construction production was pegged to the benefit of new management pattern.
