The Research of New Network Architecture of Protection and Control Device in Substation
The paper presents the configuration principle on near-process installation of protection and control device firstly,regarding to problems and challenges relevant to equipment configuration and telecommunication network brought up by secondary device near-process installation in substation.Then,the solutions of secondary near-process device configuration are also proposed which include relay protection within both standalone bay and across bays,bay control unit and public terminal,etc.In addition,two telecommunication solutions are also given based on the above,which include two aspects,the first is the network architecture with MMS/SV/GOOSE network all in one based on PRP,and the second is HSR network which is independent on switch.Finally,network performance is estimated and compared quantized.
