严重烧伤后心功能损害的可能机制及防治策略
The heart that is the only power organ Of the blood Circulation directly affects the overall function of our body.A series of studies demonstrated that myocardial damage and cardiac dysfunction occur immediately after major burn.And it is a particularly initial factor ofhypoxic-ischemic injury which occunes and developes in liver，kidney，intestines and otherviscera.Therefore，studying the mechanisms and prevention and control strategies of cardiacdysfunction after severe burn,has important clinical significance for protecting Organs”function，preventing the occurrence of multiple organ dysfunction(MODS) and improving the treatmentlevel of serious burn.This paper will summarize the most recent results which related to somepossible mechanisms and prevention and control strategies of cardiac dysfunction after acute burninjury,so as to provide assistance for scientific research and clinical treatment.
