Research of construction equipment operation and maintenance management based on BIM
In recent years, a variety of large-scale public buildings are emerging, the construction equipment system is more complicated, the construction equipment operation and maintenance management of our country is still in the primary stage by a large number of data forms and personnel to carry out, the equipment information of the whole life cycle of the building is separated from each other, the management efficiency is low, and the management cost is high.This paper presents the application of BIM technology to the construction equipment operation and maintenance management, make full use of the full life cycle of information integration and visualization capabilities of BIM , establish construction equipment model,constructing a framework of construction equipment operation and maintenance management based on BIM,provides some references for the basic information of the construction equipment management, emergency management and the maintenance plan and change,brought new energy to the operational management of construction equipment.
