Performance Analysis of Linear Motorsuspension Actuator
In order to solve the problems of little actuator output force,low efficiency and slow response speed,a linear motor sus-pension actuator with high precision,large output force and quick response was designed.The finite element analyses of the actuator were carried out by using Ansoft.And the magnetic field distribution was obtained,at the same time,the relation curves among the input voltage of the actuator,the maximum tensile length and the electromagnetic force were studied.The influence of the opening slot coeffi-cient on the performance of actuator was investigated.According to the finite element model of the actuator,the actuator prototype were made.Further,the mechanical properties tests were carried out to verify the correctness of the model.
