Research on Robustness of Suspension Characteristics Based on Dimension Analysis

摘要：

　　Aiming at the problem of poor suspension robustness,which caused by the geometrical tolerances in the design and manufacture process of suspension,the mathematical model of suspension robustness was established.Based on the combination of hard point sensitivity analysis and 3D dimensional deviation analysis,the robustness of suspension performance could be calculated in design stage,which could help us make a more reasonable target.The targets of suspension characteristics were discomposed into the require-ments of tolerances,which helped to achieve better suspension robust performance by controlling the critical tolerances and assembly.
