Study on the Effect of Graphene Structure on the Performance of Lithium Ion Batteries

  The electrochemical and thermal effects of three different kinds of graphenes as conductive agents on lithium ion batteries were studied in this paper.The characteristics of the size of the conjugate plane and defects were studied using Raman spectroscopy.The result shows,compared with lithium batteries without graphene,that lithium ion batteries with graphene as conductive agent have better C-rate discharge performance and a lower velocity of temperature rising.The performance of lithium ion batteries is improved by the smal-ler size of the conjugate plane and more defects of graphene.
