Simulation Research on Driving Mode Switching of Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle
Hybrid vehicles have two or more power sources.According to the different working conditions of each power source,the hybrid system can be combined with a variety of operating modes.Therefore,it”s needed to design a set of control strategies to control the mode switching process.By analyzing the structure of the power system and the working characteristics of the power sources,a mode switching strategy based on the current mode and SOC,speed and torque is proposed for the parallel hybrid vehicle.By using the engine speed matching control and dynamic motor torque compensation method,a greater impact could be avoided when the mode is switched.Simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can accurately determine the mode switching target with the smaller impact to complete the mode switch smoothly.
