Study on the Durability Vibration Test Condition of the Hybrid Module of HEV

  In order to make a reasonable vibration test condition and ensure the reliability of the hybrid module of HEV,based on the fatigue analysis,this paper compares three kinds of vibration test conditions with the road test conditions.Firstly,the modal test of the hybrid module is carried out to understand the characteristics of the mechanism,and then adjust the finite element model of the mechanism according to the test result,which is aimed to the fatigue analysis of the road test conditions and the vibration test conditions.At the same time,the vibration tests of three kinds of conditions are completed to guarantee the accuracy of the fatigue analysis.Finally,the fatigue damage values of the conditions mentioned above are compared and the most suitable vibration test condition is selected by considering a certain safety factor.For analysis to go smoothly,the acceleration signals of the test conditions were processed by IFFT and FFT.
