Design of Fault Diagnosis Simulation Platform for Hybrid Electric Vehicle Powertrain System
In order to enhance the fault diagnosis and fault tolerant ability of hybrid power system,improve reliability and stabili-ty for power system,a fault diagnosis simulation platform of three powertrain systems(including automatic mechanical transmission,drive motor and battery)for hybrid electric vehicle is constructed.Firstly,according to the analytical redundancy,fault tree analysis(FTA),and multi sensor data fusion theory,a fault diagnosis model of three powertrain system is established by using MATLAB/STATEFLOW.Secondly,vehicle running data is collected by means of a hybrid vehicle remote monitoring and data acquisition sys-tem.Then,these data will be sent to fault diagnosis model as input parameters to judge whether each component is in fault.Through the shifting mechanism and gear position sensor fault analysis,the experimental results show the accuracy of the fault diagnosis.These lay a foundation for the fault detection and fault-tolerant operation strategy development of the hybrid electric vehicle power system.
