Analysis and Improvement of the System Card Death Due to U-disk Plug in and out of a Vehicle Mounted Host Computer

摘要：

　　Through the development of a certain type of vehicle infotainment terminal assembly in the process of playing USB video when the plug and play USB system card phenomenon,this paper puts forward a design mechanism to prevent the car system jammed,reduce the probability of system caton or card death due to improper design strategy,enhance the driver”s driving experience.Through the bench test and USB pressure test plug,the proposed improvement mechanism is effective,vehicle host system stability,meet the design requirements.
