Study on Analytic Prediction Method of the Automotive Side Door Glass Position Error
Door glass lifting system is High claim level in automotive industry.Many causes of claims are part associated with the door glass,BIW,waist belt,inside belt,glass run,door modules(regulator)parts,due to the forces are combinations of six main parts,such as the position of the glass(depending on the full-down,middle,full-up)and the movement of the glass.In this paper,effect establishing the governing equations for the door system glass position predicting design tools(algorithms)to propose finding a way to minimize the glass position error.
