Deviation Analysis of Appearance DTS Based on 3DCS Custom Tolerance
The achieved factor analysis of vehicle DTS(dimension tolerance specification)is complex.In this paper,a new method combined with 3DCS modeling analysis is put forward,translates the actual measured data of BIW(body in white)and related parts data into custom tolerance as input,through the analysis of contribution factors,locking the factor which the contribution is the greatest,provides a new method and idea for DTS analysis of vehicle appearance.
