Coating Process Development and Performance Study of Cabin Air Filter Materials in Road Vehicles
Cabin air filtration systems are used in passenger cars in order to cope with the smog and other air pollutants.Composite activated carbon filter cloth is the main filtration unit of cabin air filter for passenger compartment.The coating process of composite acti-vated carbon filter cloth is developed and optimized in this paper.The properties of coated filter materials have also been studied.The re-sults show that PM can be effectively removed by the developed composite activated carbon filter cloth.
