Research and Development of CU-ZSM-5 Monolithic Extruded Honeycomb Catalyst
The Cu-ZSM-5 monolithicextruded honeycomb catalyst was prepared by the extrusion method and was used for selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NOx with NH3.The results showed that the extruded honeycomb catalyst with 60%active ingredient had the excellent mechanical strength and catalytic activity.The A axis and B axis compressive strength of honeycomb catalyst were 2.9MPa and 0.9MPa respectively.The average thermal expansion coefficient was lower than 4.5 ×10-6/℃ at RT-600℃.The conversion of NO was above 80%at 200-350℃,and the highest conversion was 92.7%at the GHSV of 30000h-1.After rapid SO2 aging,the NH3-SCR catalytic activity of the Cu-ZSM-5 extruded honeycomb catalyst decreased slightly.
