Function Domains-Oriented Distributed Vehicular Network Architecture Design
Along with the explosive growth of the high requirements of vehicle security, information security, automated driving and intelligent connected technology, the vehicular network architecture design faces severe challenges. Function domains are proposed to solve the above challenges, which are divided from vehicle feature set and information interaction process based on the distributed sys- tem concept. Further, advanced network technology is utilized between function domains. At last, a distributed vehicular network archi- tecture based on multiple function domains is proposed to reduce the network complexity. The proposed design in the paper has been used by FAW to improve the network reusability and extensibility of the independent high-end commercial vehicle series product develop- ment. And the prototype vehicle has verified the feasibility of the design.
