Optimal Analysis of Powertrain Mount System Layout Based on the Full Vehicle
This article aimed at the optimization and simulation analysis of a four cylinder commercial vehicle powertrain mount sys- tem, researching the effect of powertrain mount system layout to the full vehicle vibration. Through a real vehicle testing and Adams sim- ulation analysis , powertrain rear mount installation position shift from the flywheel shell to the gearbox can obviously reduce RMS value of vibration acceleration in powertrain mount system under the idle conditions. If the vibration isolation performance is same, the vibra- tion transmission to the frame and the cab can be significantly reduced, which can significantly improve the ride comfort of the full vehi- cle under the idle conditions.
