Perfect NVH performance of the vehicle brings excellent customer feelings and enhances product and enterprise competi- tiveness. For the noise defect cars in production, use powder test, cross check, and complete car CMM measurement methods can find out the main factors that result in the defect, and then use some methods to temporarily control the batch issue. At last, optimize the re- lated unqualified parts to totally solve this issue. Engineering verification shows the whole methods and process are stable and effective.
