An Improved Method of CMS and Applied into Calculation of Vehicle’ s Substructure
A new improved component mode synthesis(CMS)technology based on free-interface mode reducing method is investi- gated. Connection conditions between sub-structures, which is one of the essential influences in the study of vehicle”s NVH perform- ance, are considered in this paper. Force equilibrium and displacement coordination of connection point are taken into account in estab- lishing the coupling modal equation, to ensure the accuracy of the solution. An example of a car”s stabilizer bar-link model is presented to illustrate the precision compared to FEM”s result. Finally, this method is applied in the analysis and revising the vibration transmis- sion of rear axle model.
