Research on Profit Distribution and Difficulty Compensation Strategy under the Project Management System

摘要：

　　Profit distribution strategy can significantly affect the project management effect. In this paper, Delphi Technique and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model were used to evaluate the difficulty level of project sub-teams, and profit distribution strategy with dif- ficulty compensation was made based on Shapley axiom in Game theory.
