The Analysis on Material Selection for Inner Plate of Automotive Wheel Cover
In this paper, the strain state of the dangerous point on the automotive wheel cover inner plate was analyzed with the off- line strain measurement method, and the relation between the main material mechanical properties of the automotive plate and the form- ing safety margin is established with the AUTOFORM software. According to the correspondence between the performance parameters of the automobile plate and the safety margin, the double response surface selection model of hardening index and anisotropy coefficient un- der different yield strength was established by using the data processing software MATLAB.
