Management of Material Flow and Information Flow in Auto Parts Plant
Since 2000, many of automotive parts enterprise in China began to use PDM and ERP to manage substance and infor- mation. ERP used parts of the function, just include material flow management, information flow management was very weakness. By mean of integrating the information collection in plant, standardizing and norming work flow, use visual and flexible management infor- mation system to manage material flow and information flow, finally an intelligent factory wasy set up.
