The Application of Deltalyze Method to Solve Roof Transition Issue
Deltalyze method is created by Daimler AG. And it”s a restrict method which can fast find the root cause for quality is- sue. This method can be divided into six phases: Define, failure description, analyse, prove, improve and lessons learned. The paper shows the application of this method to quickly isolate the root cause of roof to sunroof transition issue and finally solve this problem.
