Design and Manufacture Integration of Transmission Gears
In this paper, for the transmission gears, we explore process development specifications synchronizing with product de- sign by using the manufacturing simulation and process simulation method. It is proved that the method can effectively improve the manu- facturability of the product design and achieve the scientific management of the production process. It is helpful to improve the product quality and reduce the production costs. This method is an important direction for the future development and manufacture of transmission gears.
