Enhancing Science Learning with BYOD in a primary school
This article reports a one-year case study,investigating what apps on BYOD(Bring Your Own Device could be used to support students” science learning in a seamless learning,taking the topic of ”Flowers and Seeds” in the Biodiversity learning unit as an example.One teacher and 28 Grade 6 students were involved in this study.Qualitative data including student online postings,and online reflections were collected and analyzed to examine students” learning.The findings show that various apps on BYOD were used to support young learners” inquiry-based learning.
