Simulation and Optimization of unwanted Gas Heating for HVAC

摘要：

　　Whole vehicle thermal management model was built up to simulate the flow field and temperature field Figure 1: Schematic of cross-section mesh of engine compartment and external field,especially the area around HVAC”s inlet.Flow field was studied and optimization was made to reduce the temperature of HVAC”s inlet.Test results agree well with simulation results with maximum disagreement of 2℃.
