Business Behavioral Characteristics of Different Cultures

  Nowadays,whether in New York or New Delhi,Paris or Sydney,Hong Kongor Ontario,business representatives are all part of a global network,where success requires navigation between widely different cultures.Cultural differences may influence business negotiations significantly and unpredictably.Differences can be very small,and they might arise from deep-rooted cultural trends that affect the interaction.What problems may cultural differences cause? When negotiating,what kind of issues may emerge in a culture compared to other cultures? In response to these challenges,a number of studies have been written offering help and advice how to navigate cross-cultural differences.The purpose of the paper is to demonstrate some theories that exist regarding our topic.The first part of the paper includes the theoretical framework and the second continues by summarizing our research and methodology.
