　　This paper analyzes the factors influencing the development of PE teachers ”teaching ability in primary and secondary schools by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and other statistical methods,and determines the three main factors influencing the development of PE teachers” teaching ability in primary and middle schools: teachers Factor,school factor.Aimed at further promoting the development of primary and secondary PE teacher education and teaching ability.
