　　College is an important site of personnel training,to undertake the important task of personnel training,therefore,college personnel training quality is very important.For sports education professional personnel training,the traditional training pattern in common colleges and universities have many problems,if not timely and effective to solve these problems,to a certain extent,will affect the overall quality of the talents cultivation.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current average college talent training characteristics on the basis of the ordinary university sports education specialized talented person”s raise trend and countermeasures,in order to offer reference to improve the teaching quality.
