Performance study on the forced temperature reduction of exhaust for high-temperature refrigeration system
The safety of refrigeration system is seriously threatened with the rising of system pressure and exhaust temperature under high temperature environments.In this paper,an air conditioning system is studied based on a method of the forced temperature reduction of exhaust,using circling cooled water to reduce the heat of exhaust pipe.In addition,the numerical analysis is carried out to study the convective heat transfer combined with the test date of refrigerant flow rate,which is to determine structure parameters of double-pipe exchanger.Performance of high-temperature refrigeration system is further researched by test,the cooling capacity increased 1.1%,COP increased by 2.2%,power consumption is reduced by 0.88%,the exhaust pressure is reduced by 0.8%.Research suggests that the forced temperature reduction of exhaust is not effective enongh for performance boost.
