Simulation and research of boiler combustion system based on GA-BP

In recent society,China”s power generation is still dominated by thermal power generation.Whether boiler is safe and economical combustion is the most concerned issue of thermal power plant.The boiler”s safe and economical combustion can not only reduce the cost of power generation,but also effectively reduce the emission of harmful substances.Based on the field data of a thermal power plant,the BP neural network is used to model and analyze the boiler combustion system.The weights and thresholds of BP neural network are optimized by genetic algorithm,a more ideal GA-BP network model is established.The experimental results show that the convergence speed and training accuracy of the model are improved effectively after using the neural network optimized by genetic algorithm.
