Adaptive quantized control for a class of high-order nonlinear systems
In this paper,we propose an adaptive state feedback control scheme to solve the problem of global stabilization for a class of nonlinearly parameterized systems with uncontrollable linearization, unknown virtual control coefficients and input quantization. The system considered in this paper is more general than those in the existing literature dealing with quantized control.A nonlinear time-varying model is introduced to deal with the difficulty caused by quantization.Based on the adding a power integrator technique and tuning functions approach,an adaptive state feedback quantized controller is constructed without using any information about the parameters of quantizer. Moreover,it is proved that, with the proposed scheme, the stabilization error can be steered to within an arbitrarily small neighborhood of the origin by adjusting some design parameters.
