Role of NLRP3 activation with Benzene-induced immunotoxicity and myelotoxicity in CD1 mouse model
In this study, the benzene-induced immunotoxicity associated with NLRP3 inflammasome activation in benzene-induced hematotoxicity in CD1 mouse model. For this purpose, mice were divides two groups of ten mice in each:control group and benzene(BZ)group,In the study, the BZ was administration to all animals for 8 weeks(3 time for one week). At the end of the experiment,T lymphocyte immune function was inhibited, the immunotoxicity was associated with an increase both AhR and CYPIA1 gene and protein expression levels in liver and bone marrow. In addition, the NLRP3 inflammasome gene and protein expression levels were elevated accompanying the ROS production increased in bone marrow cells.
