SENTINEL IYMPH NODE BIOPSY:CURRENT STATE AND PROGRESS
Sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)is a standard surgical procedure for evaluating the status of clinical tumor-free axillary lymph nodes in patients with early-stage breast cancer.SLNB method has been updating continually in scope of application 、accuracy in the details and the significance in next step treatment.This review is based on a selective search in Springer,PubMed Medline databases for involved articles about present work progress and developments of SLNB method,Mainly for the purpose of summarizing current stage and established indications as well as analysing sides which are still under debate and expecting further studies that should be taken.
