The study on human”Qi from the perspective of Terahertz Wave--A pilot study
Objective: Based on the theory of terahertz wave (as THz) and detection technology, we conducted research on human”qi.Method: Ten healthy college students (5 male and 5 fe=nale) and ten qi gong masters (5 junior and 5 senior) were selected as participants.We set the 120-30cm-1 band measurement space background, where there are 5 THz wave.Then we put subjects” Laogong Acupoint in right palm 2 cm away from detection window, recording and analyzing the participants”5 THz.Result: The main component of ”Qi” emitted from qigong Masters is terahertz wave, whose waveform is nearly the same as earth”s.Furthermore, higher function of qigong is related to stronger terahertz wave.
