自身免疫特征的间质性肺炎IPAF

摘要：

An official European Respiratory Society/American Thoracic Society research statement:interstitial pneumonia with autoimmune features the presence of a combination of features from three domains:a clinical domain consisting of specific extrathoracic features,a serologic domain consisting of specific autoantibodies,and a morphologic domain consisting of specific chest imaging,histopathologic or pulmonary physiologic features. Where in the spectrum of autoimmune lung diseases do these patients belong? Is the course of their disease different from that of patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonias or CTD-LD? Is there a benefit to treating these patients with immunosuppressive therapies, and if so, which ones.
