伊朗的传统医学与针灸现状
Persian medicine or Traditional Iranian Medicine has thousands years history and Iran withscientists like Avicenna and Razihas been the forerunners of medicine in the world.Around 100years ago, with the arrival of conventional medicines traditional medicine-banned in Iran. Hwever during these years people had a great interest in the use of this kind of medicine. inistry of Health in the last two decades again indicated” positive approach toward usingTM/CAM. Around 10 years ago, the TM/CAM center launched in the Health Ministry. Thiscenter has begun organizing and formulating regulations step by step to reuse TM/CAM in thehealth system, resulting in the establishment of a specialized center for TM/CAM policy nmed ”FAM” in the Ministry of Health and, the first traditional Medicine school affiliated to ehran University of Medical Sciences was established in 2007. There are 2 acupuncture departments in Tehran and Mashhad universities of medical sciences and many acupuncture clinics in general hospital around country. There is board committee of complementary medicine and acupuncture in ministry of health since 8 years ago. This committee holds an acupuncture national exam since 2 years ago under supervision of minis甸of health and medical education of Iran.
