Polymorphism of SSR Markers Based on the Whole Genome Sequence of Agaricus bisporus and Use in Strain Identification
One hundred and forty simple sequence repeat(SSR)molecular markers based on the whole genome sequence of A.bisporus strain H97 were shown to differentiate 21 strains of the mushroom collected from around the world.Polymorphic loci, represented by 37 distinct bands, were detected using 15 primer pairs.Clustering results showed that 21 strains can be identified through 37 special bands, and divided into two groups which were wild strains and cultivars.
