A case report of an unexplained hemopthsis and aphonia presenting with aspergillus and tuerculosis infection through rapid on site evaluation
Background: Rapid on-site evaluation (ROSE) is a method which is regarded as an excellent technique as the first choice for diagnosing adult tumours.However, we have not found any previous report on the ROSE procedure for diagnosingaspergillus and tuerculosis infection in child.Methods: We would like to discuss the case of a 11-year-old girl with unexplained hemoptysis and aphonia who had a confirmed diagnosis of aspergillus and tuerculosis infectionthrough ROSE stained by Diff-Quik methods during bronchoscopy.
