Dynamin-3:a novel candidate tumor suppressor
According to the current survey, Dynamin3(DNM3) is a member of the dynamin family(inciude:DNM1, DNM2, DNM3) of genes that are essential for microtubules, endocytosis, vesicular transport, and shown to be connected with hepatocellular carcinoma, breast cancer, sarcoma, Se”zary syndrome and so on.But to date, the role of dysregulated dynamin-3 expression in malignant diseases hasn”t been researched yet.In this report, we will review the structure and basic function of dynamin-3, then discuss the possible mechanism of dynamin-3 impact on malignant disease.Given the current knowledge of information, We finally propose that dynamin-3 could be a new candidate tumor suppressor gene.
