The purpose of this article is to identify the specific character of systemic health care and IT products,created in synergy relations with network entities in the area of new ways of meeting customers” needs.By creating a value,flexible networks health care and IT providers and additional actors create value through collaboration.Critical analysis of literature in the field of study category is conducted in the article; furthermore qualitative method of empirical studies(case study)is applied for practical illustration of described processes and phenomena.
