Above all I would like to thank the HUST on organizing this Symposium and inviting us to bridge the ever-existing gap between policy and theory in the wake of the 13th Five-Year Plan.Trends and interests of people change over time, but aspiration for a clean and healthy environment is an idea that has always existed and in fact dates back to ancient times.It is an idea that keeps evolving through various state policies and it”s implementation is becoming more and more visible.
