Governing for the Global Good: The Greening of Diverse Responsibilities
The fact that so much of climate change is transnational in character means that the governments of individual nations cannot deal adequately with reducing the damage that is being caused by humans.But how can global governing decisions be made? Up to this point in history, the best that nations have been able to achieve (such as the latest UN Paris agreement) is to negotiate commonly agreed targets for what needs to be accomplished.
