The mechanism research on hyperhomocysteinemia-associated insulin resistance in polycystic ovary syndrome patients
This study is to determine whether the level of homocysteine is associated with monocyte subtype related insulin resistance in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Our results reveal that there is a positive relationship between homocysteine level and CD14++CD16-inflammatory monocvtes or insulin resistance in women with PCOS.
