Back project for correcting variance and polarity indeterminacy of principal components of event-related potentials

摘要：

Objective Principal component analysis (PCA) plus rotation has been widely applled for the study of event-related potentials(ERPs).PCA is linear transform with the inherent indeterminaey of variance and polarity, resulting difficulty to compare two different principal components(PCs).This study is targeted to correct the indeterminacy.
