Psychiatric disorder in deaf patients and its associated factor analysis
Introduction Deafness is a frequently occurring disease, and the complexity of its symptoms and the instability of the curative effect can lead to mental disorders in patients.1-3 If the recovery is delayed for too long,some patients may subjectively feel that they are seriously ill, which can even become a potential factor in medical disputes.In this study, we analysed the mental and psychological characteristics of 1,000 cases of deaf patients, and discussed the correlation between the symptoms of deafness and mental disorders.
